Expanding academic partnerships and international networks through joint research and scholarly exchange.

  • Establish research partnerships with universities, research institutions, industries, governments, and international organizations.
  • Develop Adjunct Fellow, Academic Fellow, Honorary Fellow, Research Fellow, and Visiting Scholar programmes.
  • Organize international seminars, conferences, workshops, and academic forums.
  • Expand collaborative networks with educational and research institutions in the Republic of China and other countries.

Research Capacity Development

Strengthening research competencies, academic writing skills, and grant development capabilities.

  • Organize training programmes in research methodology.
  • Conduct workshops on scholarly writing for publication in internationally indexed journals.
  • Provide mentoring in the preparation of international research grant proposals.
  • Strengthen the competencies of academics and researchers through mentoring and capacity-building initiatives.
