  • Disseminate research findings to academic communities, policymakers, and the public.

  • Develop Adjunct Fellow, Academic Fellow, Honorary Fellow, Research Fellow, and Visiting Scholar programmes.
  • Organize international seminars, conferences, workshops, and academic forums.
  • Expand collaborative networks with educational and research institutions in the Republic of China and other countries.
